The Council manages its business through a small committee system. There are four committees: Planning, Policy and Finance, Common Liaison and Personnel.

Full Council meetings are scheduled to meet at 6 week intervals throughout the Council year to assist in progressing the Council’s business. Members of the Council are appointed to its committees at the Annual Council Meeting in May.

If you require a copy of an agenda or minutes of any meeting not listed on the website please contact the Town Clerk.

Virtual meetings are no longer permitted from the 6th May 2021, therefore, the Town Council has made the difficult decision to put all council meetings on hold until it feels that face to face meetings can be held safely in its premises under government guidelines.  At present this is not possible due to social distancing restrictions.
