CHALK ART EVENT – WEDNESDAY 23rd July 2025
Canvey Island Town Council’s ‘Chalk Art Event’ saw local artist Aimee Yorwarth impressed the public with her artistry.
Canvey Island bandstand had residents and visitors of all ages show off their skills and was beautifully bright with over 150 chalk drawings. Canvey Island Town Council would like to thank everyone that took part and helped bring Aimee’s realistic masterpiece to life.
Deputy Mayor Cllr Sue Brooks was extremely impressed with the excitement and enthusiasm for everyone for this new event. Cllr Sue Brooks said ‘We have been very lucky with the weather, and I enjoy seeing all the kids having such fun’
