Opening Times

Monday – Closed
Tuesday – 9.30am to 12noon
Wednesday – 12.30pm to 2.30pm
Thursday – 9.30am to 12noon
Friday – Closed

Staff are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and can be contacted by telephone or e-mail.

If you are planning to visit the Council Offices please note that there is no parking available on site. Please use the public pay and display car park at the nearby Sainsbury’s store.

The Council Office is on the ground floor and is accessible to visitors with disabilities and for wheelchair users.

Out of Hours

If you are calling out of hours and are reporting an incident at any of our open spaces, please contact your local Ward Councillor.

 
Please note that reports of fishing at Canvey Lake is not an emergency and acts of antisocial behaviour or disturbances of the peace should be reported directly to the police on 101.

In the case of an emergency please dial 999.

If your call is related to injured wildfowl, please call the RSPCA on 0300 1234 999.


 

Council Staff

The Council currently has four part-time members of staff, a Town Clerk, a Deputy Clerk/RFO, a Community & Events Officer and a Community Warden. Staff are available during office opening hours or may be contacted by telephone or e-mail outside of the advertised opening hours.
