Essex County Council's Minerals and Waste Development Team launched a new website on 11 November 2013 providing details of all new planning applications electronically providing greater freedom about where and how the plans are accessed. The new website will provide full details of current minerals, waste and County Council applications that have been submitted to the planning team and will allow users to make comments on applications, follow progress from submission to decision and even check details of appeals against decisions.

To view planning applications all you need to do is click on the link above and search for an application using the application reference, the application date, location or proposal.

To view online Planning Application information and documents, Property information, Decision List, Advertised List, Weekly Planning List, Planning Fees or to comment on a live Application you will need to read the Terms & Conditions and if you agree to adhere to them click Accept
